i had a really good day yesterday, grand total of 260 cali's. today i had half a chicken cesar sandwich, no idea how many cali's.....
thats all i ate so i hope it wasnt too much. i am restricting to 300-500 cali's per day. i have been plateau'd for 2 months :-O
thats ok, cuz i will just try harder, i will win this & get to my goal weight. since i am new i will post my stats:

Does anyone know what BMI you have to reach to lose your period, or what weight a 5'7" person has to be to lose it? I don't want kids, I don't want my period. Being skinny has so many benefits, including this one.

I'm always fasting or restricting, but I do have bulimic tendencies and I b/p more than I would like to. I'm looking for friends fo support and also some buddies to help keep me on track and motivated. I'm very accessible online through LJ, e-mail, and messenger. Only 5 calories all day and burned over 100... Well at least I am not hungry...

I ate so much today. I don't know how I managed to get this bad in my anorexia, but it has taken control over what and how I eat. I had a full chicken caesar salad-190 calories and 5 carbohydrates- today and it was way too much. I feel so effing big right now. I just think I should go on another fast, but this time longer than 12 days. I can't stand this anymore. I just want to move out so I don't have to eat anymore. Once I get my own place there will be no food. Now I have to go work out for so long. Bleh... You think seeing my bones would make me feel better, but now I just feel bad about eating even the smallest calories.

-Someone finally filled out their stats so I updated the member's page with some snazzy HTML! I haven't done coding in a while so it's a little basic but I'm planning to add to it as this community hopefully grows. I also am working on a better layout. I know this one looks more than a little plain. Any suggestions?-

Ugh. Today didn't start out great. I just ate a Jack in the Box breakfast jack which according to their site has 290 calories. Ew. I'm not eating for the rest of the day. I have a question, are there any foods you always seem to crave when your period is starting/gonna start? I feel like my period is going to start soon and I'm craving fast food like crazy. >_< Well that breakfast jack was my one and only treat for the rest of the week. I feel bloated and gross.

So I'm a little confused. people seem to still be requesting to join the community but no one is posting? Any suggestions to make you guys want to post? I'd hate to see this community die before it even had a chance to begin! I've been slowly changing things around. You now get an automatic 5 points upon being approved into the community. :D

I'd just like to say welcome to all our new members! and encourage everyone to start posting. I really hope to see this community grow and become full of active members. :D
I also thought you may be interested in this if you haven't already seen it.

Today I broke down and ate two valentine's chocolates. ugh. Problem is I eat when I'm bored. I've been trying to stay active and strong. Is there anything you guys do in particular to keep busy when you feel a binge coming on?
